Our Investment Platforms
We have established a successful pan-European air cargo infrastructure platform through the acquisition of Skyport's operations and assets at Prague and Bratislava airports. Our approach incorporates multiple strategies, such as acquiring existing assets and operations, developing new build assets, forward-purchasing assets and also investing in the technology required to operate high margin air cargo handling operations.
In 2021, we have made an investment in an engineering firm based in Germany specialized in wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and biogas treatment and upgrade. This investment has given us proprietary knowledge and capabilities in in the production of clean renewable energy and our current investment strategy is acquisition (value-add) or green field development of biogas plants in US and Europe.
